You can read all about Scout and Bandit at www.dogvotional.blogspot.com, where they dogs (and I) write about life and faith.

My column in the November issue of the Christian Voice Magazine is about Scout and I at agility training, and my response to the trainer's observation, "Your dog seems kind of anxious."

Although my column is titled "A Big Slice of Life," I often write about Scout, and when I have enough space, apply some spiritual principle. I call them "dogvotionals."

It's should come as no surprise to anyone who knows me that it's taken this long for me to figure out how to get all of my information to show up on the profile and on the member list. Yipee!

It's been a wildly crazy spring so it's taken me a while to even try and navigate this whole profile message board thing. I haven't figured out how to change my fonts or font colors or to upload an avatar with out the stupid box still showing. But I'm giving it the old college try. As a new member of the Dog Writers Association, the last thing I want to do is embarass myself on my first day.

Although I do blog frequently on my own site, and soon I'll be blogging daily at Beliefnet.com, every 24 hours gives me one more chance to make a fool of myself. But who's keeping score, right?
